Grabbers
Tongs with opposed tines that grip a part firmly, for picking up and placing pieces during assembly.
What it is
Grabbers have tines arranged to close on each other from opposite sides. Jasen Johnsen’s version uses three stainless steel tines, which “grasp firmly and give the user control”.[1]
How it’s used
They’re for “picking up parts from garage or oven” and are often used while assembling sculpture.[1]
